Billing is tied to the workspace owner's email — the person who created the workspace. All members within the workspace share the owner's subscription. One workspace = one subscription.

Yes. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, the paywall appears and you can resubscribe whenever you're ready.

On Professional, your seat count auto-syncs with Stripe. Inviting a member beyond your paid seat count shows a prorated charge preview — once confirmed, Stripe charges the difference and the invite is sent. If the card is declined, the invite is blocked. Removed members trigger a scheduled seat decrement at your next billing cycle (not an instant refund), which we surface as a banner on your Billing page.

Your workspace moves to a past_due state with a 7-day grace period. You'll get an in-app notification and an email with the amount due and grace end date. Access is preserved during the grace period so you have time to update your card in the Stripe Customer Portal. After the grace period, paid features are restricted until payment is resolved.

No. Individual is a single-user plan by design — team invites and the Team page aren't available. If you need to collaborate, use "Switch to Company plans" above to create a workspace.

The Developer API (programmatic access, webhooks, IP allowlisting) is available on Professional and Enterprise. Starter and Individual plans can't generate API keys. Rate limits are 100 requests/minute per key, and each key can be scoped to specific IPs or CIDR ranges.
