Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your workspace, its members, and the content stored in it. Abuse, unlawful use, and attempts to breach tenant isolation are prohibited.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans, trials, seat limits, renewals, and cancellation terms are described on the pricing page and apply from the date of purchase.

Data ownership and availability

You own your workspace data and can export it at any time. Service availability, incident handling, and status reporting are published on the status page.
